Ras Baba Tobi Giri is a Singer, Sound Healer and Sadhu. For many years he has been known also as Rocker-T. He is part of the first generation of American-born reggae artists.  He set the trends in mixing varied rhythms with toasting back in 90's Brookly, New York establishing a sound system in an area that had the largest West Indian population of immigrants outside of the Carribean.  He is a marijuana advocate, a pacifist, and a Rastafarian now living in Northern California.  

His mission is to gather a World of Friendship thru the manifestation and cultivated provision of Song and Muzik. Tobi Giri sings many styles and plays many instruments. For this particular event he will be flying the Analog Shuttle, Chanting, Singing, playing Melodica and Dubsmashing.
