How can we use

creative expression

to cultivate a

deeper level of

awareness, unity and

social change?

 ARTIVISM,

the intersection of

art and activism

that harnesses creativity and imagination to shine light and awareness on social, environmental, and political areas that need resolution and healing.

'Meditative Arts' are healing practices where we express ourselves creatively from a meditative flow state.

 What tools can we use

to help foster our creative gifts

in a way that is intentional and authentic to us?

Join us for a deeper exploration of Artivism (Art+Activism) and Meditative Arts.

In this session, we will discuss King’s individual relationship with Artivism, Artivism as a tool for social change that spans various disciplines (including poetry, music, and film), and have an opportunity to engage in a brief Meditative Arts practice together to help us expand our creative tool belt.
